Smurf Village FX is a subsidiary of RAHEN GROUP LTD which is a registered company in Ghana. All terms and conditions are set by the Board and legal counsel of the RAHEN GROUP.
In this agreement, it will be asked of you to provide identification and other proofs of residence or identity to establish transparency between you and Smurf Village FX. These documents will also be used to track culprits.
If you are found to be in the breach of terms & conditions, Smurf Village FX reserves the right to take legal action against you.
The legal action can result in two things: financial compensation and/or jail time.
EDUCATION
We are a body that is not a financial body but an educational one. Our way of trading was from the inspiration of an individual which has led into platform that guides people into learning.
All materials given by this group are of educational use and not to be considered as financial advice. Though we have had many success stories around the world, it is important to understand that trading is risky and your capital is at risk.

Our educational resources are highly credible and we take piracy seriously. Under no circumstances do we allow downloading, recording, or distribution of any type.
The authorization to record can only be given by Rodney Ahenkan or Luka Kapelčan with a digitally signed statement in PDF format. The recording can only be done for marketing purposes and under the authorization, educational materials (videos) are not allowed to be recorded.
If anyone uses your login information to access any of the products or services they didn’t pay for, you will be liable for committing fraud and you will be the person responsible for the damages.
DISCRETION
By becoming a private student of Smurf Village FX, you agree to keep the information inside of the designed private Telegram groups & channels hosted by Smurf Village FX.
Any sharing of meaningful information from Telegram groups & channels without the authorization of Luka Kapelčan or Rodney Ahenkan with a digitally signed statement in PDF format results in a $500 fine each time the information is shared.
MISREPRESENTATION
At Smurf Village FX, we do things in a way that cannot be understood by a student and therefore you do not have any rights to give trading advice unless you were authorized to do so by Rodney Ahenkan.
If you are not an educator of the Village, you do not have any rights to add strategies to what has already been taugh nor mislead other students away from the learning path - in doing so you will be stripped of all access, certificates, and have a $1,000 fine for each student you caused downfall to in their education.
If anyone is misrepresenting Smurv Village FX by taking funds in our name or claiming that they are affiliated with us, they are to be reported immediately to the customer support. We never demand funds to manage accounts or do investments schemes.
PURCHASES
Understand that your purchase of a product or service is for the PRODUCT or SERVICE alone and not any FREE add-ons provided by Smurf Village FX. (Add-ons include chat groups, access to other webinars and promotional bonuses, and other private content)
1. This program offers no refunds under any conditions.
2. We reserve the right to add cancellation fees to installment payments
3. We reserve the right to completely withdraw any product or service if an installment purchase gets cancelled mid-way. Meaning if you paid over or under 50%, it doesn't matter - you lose all access
4. We reserve the right to penalties for late installment payments

-We reserve the right to financial penalty that can be up to one thousand times of the current purchase price of a product or service for unauthorized downloading, recording, and piracy.
-We reserve the right to jail penalty that can be up to five years for unauthorized downloading, recording, and piracy.
-We reserve the right to revoke any certificates, removal from any group, affiliated groups and platforms for unauthorized downloading, recording, and piracy.
